Breathwork is very simple to do, but it does require a certain level of practice. You need to learn how to inhale while keeping your lungs wide open, while at the same time exhaling slowly into your stomach. The way to do this is to use your diaphragm to inhale as deep as possible while holding your breath. When you exhale, you should try to breathe in through your nose, while at the same time pulling air out of your lungs using your belly button.
Breathwork is not challenging to master, and anyone can do it. It doesn’t take years of study to become an expert at this technique, as long as you understand what it is and how to perform it properly.
